I am so excited and bouncing for joy. I managed to cross a weight loss plateau that I have been trying to conquer for months. I had a few backslides off the exercise eat healthy path. But now game on only 9 lbs from goal weight. How have you done it you ask? Education my dear, simply count the calories and try to exercise more. Today is a important day. I picked random pair of jeans that used to fit, and without struggle slipped into a size 4. This makes me very excited.

Having no desk job, and the time to commit to this has really helped. The end goal is in sight so I need to start doing exercise.

I started eating entree vous and it has really helped with portion control, plus I have been tracking everything on my daily plate. By taking the time to track what I am eating it has forced me to eat healthier in order to meet but not go over my calorie in-take. This is much more challenging then you can imagine, I can still have everything I like but in moderation.

So a big cheer from me, and if anyone wants to join me on losing weight I will work as a cheerleader for you.
